SHIPPING INFORMATION

Free Australia wide standard shipping on orders over $100.00* (ex GST)!

For all other orders we charge flat shipping rates of $10 AUD (incl. GST) per shipping address for standard shipping Australia-wide.

*Bulky items (such as large backpacks, ski poles, skis, crash pads, etc.) are charged according to the freight calculator during the check-out process and do not qualify for free shipping. They may also be shipped separately and take longer to arrive.

Standard delivery is usually 10 business days from despatch and will depend on your location. The indicated standard delivery time is an estimate only – this is not guaranteed and may vary dependent on your location. Sea to Summit Distribution cannot be held responsible for delays in parcels arriving at their destination.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Sea to Summit Distribution cannot deliver Black Diamond products outside of Australia.

Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

Yes, it is possible. During the checkout process you can choose different addresses.

Shipment delays:

Sometimes the product you select might be unavailable. If this occurs, we will notify you by phone and/or email and you will be given the option to wait for the item to arrive back in stock, choose an alternative item, or cancel your purchase and receive a full refund.

Discrepancies:

All orders are wrapped and packaged to ensure they arrive complete and in a usable condition.

If there is a discrepancy with your delivery, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your shipment on service@blackdiamondequipment.com.au or 08 9221 6617 Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm AWST – you will need your original purchase order number.
