Sea to Summit Distribution cannot deliver Black Diamond products outside of Australia.
Free Express shipping via Australia Post within Australia for orders over $100*.
For all other orders we charge flat shipping rates of $10 AUD per shipping address for standard shipping Australia-wide.
*Bulky items (such as large backpacks, ski poles, skis, crash pads, etc.) are charged according to the freight calculator during the check-out process and do not qualify for free shipping. They may also be shipped separately and take longer to arrive.
We despatch orders from our warehouse in Perth, WA in 1-2 business days.
Orders shipped Express to Metro areas in major capital cities are delivered in approximately 1-2 business days.
Orders shipped Express to regions outside of Metro areas are delivered in approximately 2-4 business days, depending on location.
Orders shipped via standard shipping will be delivered in 1-10 business days, depending on your location.

Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?
Yes, it is possible. During the checkout process you can choose different addresses.
Sometimes the product you select might be unavailable. If this occurs, we will notify you by phone and/or email and you will be given the option to wait for the item to arrive back in stock, choose an alternative item, or cancel your purchase and receive a full refund.
All orders are wrapped and packaged to ensure they arrive complete and in a usable condition.
If there is a discrepancy with your delivery, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your shipment on firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your original purchase order number.
